Optimal Design of Reinforced Concrete Frame Structures Using Cascade Optimization Method

چکیده
Optimal design of structures is one the goals a structural engineer. Since large number variables are involved, high computational time for optimization process main problems using single heuristic or meta-heuristic algorithms utilized this purpose, especially in large-scale structures. Cascade replaces problem with multiple stage process. Each step starts previous optimum design, being reduced thus increasing speed convergence each optimization. In article method developed RC frame By algorithm place and ensuring its efficiency, section dimensions determined by new method. Then, genetic optimizing rebar arrangement. According to results, performs reduces elapsed considerably. Optimization concrete structure carried out It should be noted that present works MATLAB ETABS interfacing.
